System Administrator (d/f/m)

The Role

  • You will standardize and automatize the setup of Windows and Mac notebooks for ACCURE.
  • You will configure, install, test, and monitor IT infrastructure components, support the transition to new technologies, and provide associated peripherals and endpoints as needed.
  • In addition, you will support users (onsite and remote), assist them with technical questions, assign roles, accesses and authorizations, and troubleshoot system problems.
  • You ensure the patch management of the systems and applications you support.
  • You'll participate in the standardization, robustification and documentation of IT processes.

Your Skills

  • You have 2+ years of professional experience in administration, support and maintenance of hardware systems
  • You have extensive knowledge in administration of at least Windows or Mac desktop machines
  • You have a high level of service orientation, organizational talent and independence when working
  • You have a good command of German and English
  • Big plus: Knowledge about IT security and if you’ve already gone through training as a Data Security Officer, we’d be over the moon
