Senior Sales Manager North America

The Role

As Senior Sales Manager, you will drive our commercial growth in North America:

  • Become our U.S.-based Sales leader with support among international Sales team.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing and account management.
  • Develop and monitor sales pipelines to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal teams to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Contribute to coaching and skill-sharing among our teams in the U.S. and Europe.
  • Identify and participate in leading industry and networking events while cultivating relationships with new partners.
  • Build and lead a team of sales professionals.

Your Skills

  • 5-10 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in enterprise sales, business development, and/or consulting. A graduate degree in business or engineering sciences, and professional experience in startups or tech is a huge plus.
  • An understanding of battery systems and relevant professional networks to support sales (e.g., battery safety, asset management, electric vehicles, utilities, distributed energy resources, marine energy).
  • Analytical outlook and ability to design and implement successful sales strategies.
  • Enthusiastic guide and mentor for team members.
  • Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and communication skills with confidence in negotiations.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Fluency in English with proficiency in another language a plus.
